Order processing is carried out through the "Cart" or by phone:
After selecting the desired product, click on the icon with the "Cart" symbol, and it will automatically be added to your cart. You can then continue browsing and add as many items to the cart as you need. If necessary, you can modify your order by adjusting the items directly in the cart. Once you've made your selection, proceed to checkout. Click the "Checkout" button and follow the instructions.

Delivery
Delivery is handled by the shipping company "Nova Poshta." Please note that free shipping applies only to orders totaling over 2000 UAH.
For delivery to a specific address, there is an additional charge. If you opt for cash on delivery, you must cover the return commission fee when receiving the parcel. For payments made via bank card, the buyer is also responsible for any transaction fees.
When placing an order, please provide the delivery address, the recipient's full name, and a contact phone number.
Important! The heated towel rail will be stored at the "Nova Poshta" warehouse for up to 5 business days from the day it arrives at the branch. Starting from the 6th day, a storage fee will apply.
Please note that if the storage period at the "Nova Poshta" warehouse expires, the item will be resent at the buyer's expense.
