Antidumping Policy for Deffi Partners
Dear Partners of Deffi,
To enhance your profitability on our products, compliance with Deffi's antidumping policy is mandatory.
The following rules must be accepted by Deffi Partners as mandatory conditions:
- Recommended Retail Prices (RRP) are the prices indicated on the company’s online store: https://deffi.ua.
- Compliance with RRP applies to the entire range of Deffi brand products.
- “Dumping” refers to selling our products at deliberately reduced prices, below the recommended retail price set by the company in the market.
- Any discrepancies in retail price tags (discounts of any denomination) that differ from the online store prices constitute RRP dumping.
- Discounts provided during negotiations (for large purchases, etc.) are not considered dumping.
In case of non-compliance with RRP by retail outlets, the following sanctions will be applied:
First Violation: Upon the first violation, a phone call or official letter will be sent with a warning regarding the RRP violation, requiring the issue to be corrected as soon as possible (within 1-2 days). Partners will be informed that in the event of repeated violations, their ability to receive goods will be suspended until compliance with RRP is restored.
Repeated Violations: For systematic dumping (more than two warning letters or calls), the partner’s shipments will be suspended for two weeks.
Additional Sanctions: Additional measures include blocking satellites of offending clients and raising wholesale purchase prices for repeat violators.
