Exchange and return conditions

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the consumer can return goods purchased in the "deffi.ua" online store within 14 days from the moment of purchase, provided that all the norms stipulated by the Law are met.

The consumer has the right to exchange the product for a similar one, if the product does not satisfy him in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose. The consumer has the right to exchange goods of proper quality within fourteen days, excluding the day of purchase. Logistics services in case of return or exchange are paid by the BUYER.

The exchange of a product of appropriate quality for a similar product is carried out in the presence of a warranty card and a sales receipt , if it has not been used and if its appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels have been preserved, and if at the time of the exchange a similar product is not on sale, the consumer has the right to purchase any other goods from the available assortment with a corresponding recalculation of the cost, or receive money back in the amount of the value of the returned goods.

  • Accessories must be returned UNPACKED. If there are traces of opening the packaging of the accessory and attempts at secondary packaging (especially this applies to PE packaging or blisters), the product cannot be returned.

Return procedure, exchange of a new product.

To exchange/return the product, you must write a letter to defficompany2000@gmail.com, in which you must specify the following data:

  • Name, phone number of the buyer;
  • Order date and number;
  • Composition of the order (goods);
  • A detailed description of the non-conformity of the product, the reason for return or exchange;
  • Add some photos or videos of product damage (close-up).
  • For a refund - specify the full name, TIN, IBAN of the account.

After receiving a letter with information, within 1-7 days, the store will respond with further instructions.

The exchange or return of the product is carried out only if there is a conclusion of the manufacturer's "control" that the operating conditions have not been violated.

The returned product must be presented:

  • in full configuration;
  • without traces of use and mechanical damage, with preservation of the marketable appearance and consumer qualities;
  • with original documents confirming the purchase of goods;

Please note: the buyer does not have the right to refuse a product of proper quality that has an individual production order or the product was painted in a non-standard Rala color chosen by the buyer.

Upon receipt of the goods, the store within 1-5 working days refunds the buyer to the IBAN account specified by him or sends the goods for a replacement.

If the product is of proper quality and corresponds to the order made by the buyer, but did not fit in terms of color, size and other features of appearance) - the cost of transport services when exchanging or returning the product is paid by the buyer.
